How much is shipping to the UK?
Free shipping for all orders over £50
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
Most of our products are despatched from our EU warehouse so will be delivered
in approximately 7-15 working days. Please note these items do have to go
through customs so delays may occur. The Bambino Collection will not be held
responsible for these delays.
Which courier do we use?
We use GLS, DPD or Parcelforce. Items will be delivered Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Can I track my order?
Once your item(s) has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation
with a tracking link.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you item is returned to the depot, it is the customers responsibility to
rearrange delivery or collect from the depot. If an order is returned to our
warehouse it is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs. If an
order has to therefore be re-sent, shipping costs will apply.
