Returns Policy

The Bambino Collection offers a 28 day refund policy.

Once your item has been received you have 28 days to return it in the same condition as received.

How do I return my item?

If you wish to return your item due to no longer wanting it, please email us at thebambinocollections@gmail.com providing us with your order number and reason.

To be eligible to return the item, it must be in the same packaging and condition as received. Please note our warehouse team will inspect the item and email you with confirmation of the return.

How do I send my item back?

Please send the item back in its original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping costs.

Please ensure you choose a tracked postage service, as we will not be held responsible for any returns that are not signed for by our warehouse team.

Please do not return your item to our manufacture warehouse, we will provide you with the returns address once emailed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the item has been inspected by our warehouse team you can expect your refund within 7-14 working days, depending on your bank provider.

My item is faulty, can I return it?

We apologies if you receive a faulty item. Here at The Bambino Collection we strive to offer you the best products and services for your little ones. If an item is unfortunately faulty please email us at thebambinocollections@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will of course offer a refund, credit or exchange.
